I’m 2 months into a beginner program - in isolation, AND I live in Victoria so it’s all done long distance anyway - and I have lost 3kg already! Garth does a fantastic job putting together a fitness plan tailored to you and the exercises you actually like doing - no burpees for me! More...

For a client to succeed in any fitness related goal they need a goal, a plan of action and support for when it gets tough.
My job is to help clients on their journey, and one of the greatest motivators for clients is setting short, medium and long term goals.
When we start your training I like to spend time helping my clients establish realistic goals with regular check ins and reviews

Making exercise and fitness part of a client's lifestyle. That way it becomes something they enjoy and look forward to each day.
As the saying goes 'Find something you love to do, and you will never work a day in your life', Exercise is the same, if you're not enjoying what you're doing it make sit so much harder.
If you start something and you hate it, dont quit, we can work together to find a program specific to you

I spent many years in a corporate role and I never felt I was helping people.
Now, it makes me happy when I see how excited clients get when they achieve a goal, no matter how big or small, it actually means something

Once again after so long in the corporate world I was trapped in the 9 - 5 world. Now i can work whatever time my client suit my clients, whether that 4.30AM or on Saturdays and Sundays

Today so many people suffer from chronic lifestyle diseases that can be avoided by eating healthier and regular exercise.
I genuinely want to help people live a healthier life

I do offer my services online and remotely through Zoom or Facetime at least 2 - 3 days per week to help you achieve your goals. Keep in mind though that unless you have access to equipment a lot of it will be bodyweight moves, which are great for toning and general strength

The gym from which I provide services is governed by the Qld Government Covid-Safe requirements. Every piece of equipment is cleaned and sanitised by members after use
