Patrick responded to my enquiry quickly and gave an on-site quote. Work included gutter cleaning, reasonably priced, professional & friendly. I’d highly recommend him.

My mother was complaining about needing her gutters cleaning so I looked up and found Patrick after a few simple questions was called back with a very reasonable quote and the gutters was done within a few days very happy.

Great service clean and great pricing.

Patrick was to clean out the gutters and clean the solar panels but had to get him back as he didn’t do all the gutters. He said he thought the other end of the house was a separate house as there is another garage at that end of the property but it is all under one roof.
We asked since the solar panels are on the same part of the roof as the gutters that weren’t cleaned, had they been cleaned he said he had cleaned them but not sure as it doesn’t make sense if you thought the gutters were the neighbours why would you clean the neighbours solar panels?

I chose O’Connor Maintenance because he was cheaper than the others he worked even if was a light drizzle of rain and he was polite when the rain was heavy he came down and and waited for it to stop
