Noelle's is awesome. She has been brilliant with my little Maggie ( who is not always user friendly) and now Maggie loves her. I am so grateful for all of Noelle's expert advice, her patience and dedication to taking care of our fury friends. The aqua therapy she had done for Maggie has made a huge difference and every time we go, Maggie becomes a puppy again. Highly recommend Noelle, she really has a true passion for animals. xox More...

Can't thank Noëlle enough for taking the best care of our rescue girl Rosie. With my girl having a horrible early life with her first owner and as a result being fearful of strangers, I was nervous about introducing her to someone new. I have never seen Rosie bond as quickly with someone as she did with Noëlle it was incredible. It is the best feeling knowing we have found someone who I think she loves more then us to look after her when we need! We definitely came home to a different dog with all the enrichment and massage she received. Thank you Noëlle! More...

Q&As

It is specially rewarding to see the progress the dogs make, more confident, uplifted spirit and happier in themselves as well as to see their human from shocked when after an injury or a diagnosis to getting empowered and proactive.
The healing part is such a bright part of what I do, bringing some calm as well as some deeper positive effects to the humans as well as to the dogs.

After training and becoming a canine rehabilitation assistant, the need for homecare was obvious and called to me to offer help in the dog's environment to relieve their guardians of the stress to leave their special dogs while at work, or bringing them peace of mind their dog will be well taken care of, professionally, while they are away, or a respite when their house is being renovated from the stress that everybody can experience, especially by their dog.

for in-person care, they should choose me if their dog is comfortable with me; that's why I have a process to go through first, with forms to fill in and an initial assessment, as I work with committed and proactive clients who place their dog's wellbeing as a priority, and we can also see if we suit each other or not. (If not I am happy to refer to someone else when I can, for the benefit of the dog as I believe in cooperation to get better outcome.)

Yes I offer some of my services online like assessments and audits for online consultations and programmes like coaching.

All my services in-person requires an initial in-person assessment apart for the enrichment games, Canine Hoopers Fun !, Splash time ! and Reiki services.

I also offer a group membership to exchange factual information and meetups for events or walks or dog conversation...

I can do video calls over the phone, through Skype, or Google Meet, some group coaching as well, which are mostly related to my Hu-Cane Retreat, where human and canine wellness care meet for the moment.

Not many as I was already practicing some safety and health procedures beforehand due to the dogs I'm visiting like spinal patients or dogs with open wounds ,such as washing hands frequently, desinfecting them after each visit, coughing in elbow or sleeves has been done way before that, years and years ago, as I used to work in hospitality where you know that hands carry germs and hygiene has strict rules. The added measure would be to keep more distance with people but as I am in WA we stopped wearing masks for the moment on a regular basis. I still carry one with me in case of and I'm happy to wear it when I meet with people if necessary or requested. In the lockdown we had in March 2020, I also was wearing gloves, which I also carry a pair of, if it happens to be required.
I now also record names and phone numbers of each of my clients as legally required for easier tracing
