Wedding Planning
We hired Natalie for our wedding in November in Castlereagh to do our day coordination for the ceremony set up, to liaise with all our vendors that arrived on-site, moving chairs we re-used for the reception and to direct everything before and after our ceremony until our reception began.
From the first time we met her she was very welcoming and easy going and reassuring that everything would go smoothly on the day and she would take care of all the things we shouldn't be worrying about on the day.Â
Natalie felt more like a friend during the whole process and was super quick at responding to any questions I had through planning.Â
She met with me on-site the day before to run through where we wanted everything to be set up so that everything would run smooth and even got us a little congratulations gift which was so lovely.Â
She thought of absolutely everything things that I didn't think of during planning. Her level of professionalism and comfort throughout was above and beyond. Will definately be recommending her to anyone planning an event looking for a coordinator, everything ran super smoothly and had no issues at all during our beautiful wedding.

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing an event come to life. To see each stage of the process be completed and ultimately, seeing the responses from my clients and their guests, and exceeding expectations by delivering memorable events.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My passion is planning and coordinating events of all types and sizes to ensure a seamless event experience for my clients and their guests. I have been an Admin professional for over 10 years and the events component has always been where my passion lies.
