We are a home visiting physiotherapy service committed to delivering evidence based rehabilitation and prehabilitation programs to help people become the strongest and happiest version of themselves.
Prior to covid 19 we were running 10 hrs per week of intergenerational exercise circuit classes.
We’ve stopped our classes for now but are happy to continue 1:1 or family exercise sessions in your home.
We are trained in infection control, and use medical infection control standards with our exercise equipment and hand hygiene.
Don’t hesitate to ask us to use extra infection control precautions such as masks.
