Definitely recommend! Ordered a cake using a vague idea/initial flavour profile and a bunch of questions with a number of allergens thrown in and the Team couldn’t have been better at addressing all of my concerns. The cake arrived even better than I thought it could look and tasted fantastic. My partner loved it and was so happy to be able to eat a cake without having to worry about being ill after. We got our stunning wedding cake made by the amazing Nathan in December, our cake was such a hit so much positive feedback from our guests! Nathan’s cakes are by far the most moist allergy friendly cake I’ve eaten - there’s nothing worse than a dry allergy cake! Nathan made our wedding cake last year and it was incredible. We wanted a vegan cake to cater to as many of our guests as possible and the fact that it was also gluten free (and soy free for myself! ) was a bonus. Was extremely tasty; very gingerbready (with the spicy aftertaste), creamy and with one small slice I got filled really quickly! I have some pretty complex dietary requirements (GF, DF crossed with some FODMAP) and I can eat most things at Nathan Bakes. One of the first times I have been able to eat cake in years!!!!! The treats are AMAZING and super creative They go above and beyond to ensure that you are catered for - nothing is too much trouble.
