I’ve been training with Nat since early 2017. Right from my very first session I felt so comfortable and could tell that she truly cared.
I’d been searching for a great trainer for years and Nat was the first person who was able to truly teach me. She gave me the confidence and knowledge to train in a gym on my own, taught me how to understand macros, how to stretch properly and continues to challenge me almost 5 years later.
I am stronger than I ever thought I could be because of her. And not just stronger but better … form is everything to Nat.
She really cares about her clients as individuals and will go above and beyond for you.
She is also always challenging herself and investing time in bettering her knowledge, to ensure she gives us the very best.
She has even helped me to work on rehabilitating an old (non gym related) injury.

I have started training with Natalie ca 3 months ago and her knowledge in relation to technique, nutrition and female training is just amazing. Would highly recommend her to anyone else, especially if you have been on a low calorie deficit and need the right support to get back to a normal level of calories but I know she has a lot of other areas of expertise as well.
