These services range from building design, interior design, planning consultation, 3D modeling and project management. Our services can be tailored according to your project's requirements, starting first with initial concept design before continuing onto design development and full design documentation (working drawing) stages, as required.

Concept Design
Early concept design stages for any sized development, which typically include the following services:
Initial site survey and survey drawing, and;
preliminary concept design plans and;
Presentation concept design plans including optional 3D model views
Building Design
Building design will explore a variety of options at the concept design stages before progressing to more detailed design development.
Designs are usually submitted to the local authority for planning consent once concept designs have been confirmed.
Fully detailed construction drawings are provided (as required) to the local authority for building rules consent. These drawings can also be used for obtaining quotes from building contractors.
Interior Design
Interior design (optional) focuses on the more detailed design development stage and takes a look at the finer detail required for your project.
This process usually considers all internal fit-out requirements including the wall, ceiling and floor finishes as well as specialist furniture, fixtures and equipment such as fitted joinery, appliances, lighting selections and heating, cooling requirements etc.
Drawings can be prepared to assist sub-contractors with pricing quotes, plus it is also good practice in ensuring good contract documents are in order for the builder and the project owner.
3D Modelling
3D concept modelling (optional) allows the client to be able to appreciate the final design in 3D.
Our designs are able to use the latest 3D modelling software to provide you with sketch modelling views that allow you to fully appreciate the scale and form of the designs.
Services can also extend to provide fully rendered photo-realistic images of your project, whether this be for promotional purposes or simply so that investors, stakeholders etc can see how the project will look when it is completed.
Planning Consultation
Planning consultation service (optional) ensures that the project is taken through the planning consent and building rules consent stages as quickly as possible.
We liaise directly with the relevant planning authorities regarding all issues that are likely to affect the project, identifying and tackling issues before formally submitting the required documentation for the Development Application.
Project Management
Project management services (optional) assist with the selection and appointment of various other consultants/engineers during the design stages as well as building contractors and/or subcontractors prior to construction commencing.
Project management services can also extend to cover contract administration and coordination of contractors, progress reporting and arranging the relevant site inspections.
