What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Watching what you put in your mouth.....you could train for hours but if you are not eating correctly then your wasting your time.
What do you love most about your job?
How I make people feel! Whether Im training them or giving them a facial or massage, I feel good knowing that they feel good!
What inspired you to start your own business?
My daughter! I refuse to have someone tell me when I have to work. I want to be there for school events, drop off, pick ups and yes I teach classes as an instructor at certain times but it fills my cup and my daughter loves helping to et up and gets involved so I feel like I'm teaching her to look after herself along the way!
Why should our clients choose you?
Because Im on my own health journey also. We have our good days and bads days....we are all human so don't beat yourself up! My heaviest was 117kg and my lightest 79kg.....currently in between but I understand the struggles and will help them learn to be kind to themselves.
