Our child visas were denied due to some very bad advice received from various different immigration agents and some poor decisions we made along the way, the case had become extremely difficult and the chances of us succeeding was very low however the team at MSM Legal put every resource into our case. In 2018-19 MSM Legal helped me to obtain an emergency protection visa for a human rights activist whose life was in danger. He was not living in Australia so we had to arrange documentation by email, text and What's App. My lawyer, Alex, had to make many changes to long and detailed statements, for him and his family members.
