Piano Lessons
I started piano lessons with Kieran exactly a month ago as an adult beginner (37 years old). I had no previous experience with piano or anything about music in general apart from those music classes during my school era.
Although I didn't have any unnatrual passion about music, I decided to learn an instrument more than 10 years ago and always had excuses of not having time to practice. I finally made the commitment after realising that I was spending too much time on mobile games (how hard is that???). Then I started searching for piano teachers and Kieran contacted me.
Kieran made me realise that even someone like me with absolute 0 previous knowledge, I could do basic sight-reading from lesson 1 and playing with both hands together from lesson 2 (also basic). To me, these kills were always believed to be a mystery for the entire of my life.
In his classes, Kieran gives me adequate opportunites to soak up the knowledge he discusses. More importantly, there's opportunites to "figure it out" on my own and solve the maze by myself under his guidance, instead of pure spoon feeding. I guess this is a great style of teaching for adult beginners, as this actually gets the music into my head.
I would highly recommend signing up with Kieran's trial class and experience it yourself. To realise that you can actually learn to play piano, and under his teaching, you can start playing simple songs extremely quick.

What do you love most about your job?
Engaging with a wide range of clientele, teaching them and inspiring them everyday. Finding the best ways to teach each student so that student may get the most out of each lesson. Finding new music that the student enjoys playing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My passion for music started at a young age, I was inspired to start my business so that I could help students achieve their potential the way many of my mentors helped me. Music is a gift to be shared.
