What makes a great website?
The most important aspect is a good design, clean, professional and simple to use. It needs to be user friendly and intuitive so that the end user has a great experience. The also helps to engage and build trust of your organisation or small business. As the majority of people use their mobiles to search and purchase products & services, it has to be responsive and work across all platforms and devices. Just like servicing your car you need to be able to keep your website up to date and maintained. We ensure that all of our websites are hosted on secure servers and backed up on a regular basis.

Describe your creative process.
Once engaged our process below is from concept to completion:
1/ Research your industry and target market
2/ Reference and build a story board or pintrest board of ideas
3/ Develop concepts and brainstorm ideas with our creative team
4/ Present ideas to clients (usually 2 design directions)
5/ Get valuable feedback from the client and include 2 revisions
6/ Present final design
7/ Provide deliverables
8/ Liaise with printers or third party professionals if required
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
A detailed brief, timeframe and budget.
Any assets (content, images, logo, etc) required for the project if they are supplying.
We require 50% deposit to schedule the project in, balance upon completion.
What do you love most about your job?
The variety of projects that we work on whether they are big or small and seeing our clients succeed in their business sharing their passions and ideas.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The challenge of working for yourself and being able to have the flexibility of working on a variety of projects, learning new creative skills and meeting amazing and inspiring people.
