OUR BBQ BUFFET SMOKED MEATS BOX!
Includes:
2 perfectly smoked meats as well as 2 beautifully added sides.
That is our 16 hour cherry wood smoked brisket and apple wood pork all seasoned and smoked by yours truly!
The 2 sides are either a curry/ zesty rice also served with a slaw!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Usually the clients know what they are after and we will cater exactly to their needs. If there is uncertainty of what they are after we give a range of recommendations and off the menu items should they have any food allergies or necessary food requirements :)

What's not to love? Everything wit meeting new people and celebrating their lifestyle and success is what we are here to provide :)
What inspired you to start your own business?
The lifestyle and the person we become on the journey towards our destination. To be number one within smoked meats but most importantly, to provide you with the services you need.

We prefer to meet and greet with our clients. Nothing beats face to face interactions! However, booking us can also be done online.
We are also mobile! Should you ever need catering or an on-site service look no further.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All orders are taken from the window and hand sanitiser is provided. We do call out the ticket number or personally run the dish out to yourself so you can maintain a safe social distance from one another.
