Renovations
Our bread and butter is a good renovation to a post war workers cottage. Weather you are raising and building in under or extending out the back, we can design do it. We believe renovation makes a huge positive impact on our carbon footprint, and we would always encourage a considered renovation over a knock down and new build.
New Builds
Large or small, we do love a blank canvas and relish in a new build design project. Weather you are seeking all the creative input, or someone to simply draw your vision, we are here! We have great design flair for small lot custom builds on challenging sites, as well as large acreage homes. Our drawing packages start at the fundamentals, giving you the essentials for building approval all the way through to a comprehensive construction set complete with realistic artist impressions and internal elevation details with finishes schedules.
Granny Flats
We have a wealth of knowledge for designing granny flats in most QLD councils. Whether you're looking to build a stand along building in the back yard, build in underneath (or ontop!) or convert your garage, we know all the tips and tricks and rules and regs to get it designed, drawn, and approved.
Decks, Carports, and Minor works
Do you just need a good honest drafty to get your deck or carport across? Are you looking to knock down a few walls and turn the old nursery into a master suite? Or just open up the kitchen onto a new deck? We offer competitive drawings fees to be your humble drafty for DA and BA.
SDA Homes
We have experience in designing for the highest level of support in the NDIS's SDA Guidelines. We do not treat these projects like sterile facilities, but homes just the rest, only far more accessible!
Pre-construction services
We have a strong network of reputable builders, town planners, certifiers, engineers and other such consultants who we can draw upon for advice and direction, as well as engage at competitive fees. We can hold your hand through the entire pre-construction process, going beyond design and drafting to ensure you get the project built, and not just designed.
