I have been doing adult ballet with Tabetha for approximately the last 6 months. She is an excellent teacher, very mindful of her mature aged class members, adapting the strengthening, stretching and core exercises to suit our own bodies capabilities where we gain the most benefit. My body is becoming more flexible and stronger. Highly recommended if you were ever thinking of doing adult ballet. More...
