We love to help our clients in reviving the exterior of their homes and making it a space they are proud of.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Nathan (the business owner) was inspired to start his own company as he felt their was a space to be filled in the community in regards to the quality of service delivered by exterior cleaning companies on the Mid North Coast.
Why should our clients choose you?
We pride ourselves on assisting our clients in achieving their goals of a clean beautiful home. We use a range of different cleaning methods with both high and low pressure applications to achieve the desired outcome in the safest way possible.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During Covid 19 we implemented self testing if any of our staff have any symptoms of Covid 19. We also can provide our exterior cleaning services without the need of physical contact with our clients from quote through to job completion and invoicing & payments.
EXTERIOR HOUSE SOFT WASHING
EXTERIOR HOUSE SOFT WASHING
- Soft washing of siding on house with our soft
wash system and biodegradable cleaning solution.
High pressure and power washer are not to be
used. Siding to be lightly rinsed with our soft wash
system to ensure siding is cleaned safely and
softly
- Safely accessible windows (ground floor) to be
washed by hand with scrubber and squeegee
- Inaccessible windows to be washed with boars
hair bristle brush and purified water system.
- Washing of exterior of gutters to remove dirt and
mildew
- Washing of Eaves on the house.
*Unless otherwise noted, interior gutter cleaning is
not included in this service.
*Unless otherwise noted, skylights, glass railings, Awning/deck covers and
screens are not included in this service.
*Homeowner to remove screens prior to our arrival
unless they are having us remove, clean and/or
replace.
*Permanent stains and hard water stains will not
be removed.

be washed.

debris using extension pole
- Interior of gutters on house to be cleaned to
remove organic matter, including dirt and debris
- Rinse off any areas that were dirtied from the
gutter cleaning process
- Ensure debris from the grounds is cleaned up
after gutter cleaning
- All gutter debris to be taken off site and disposed
of after cleaning
*Washing of exterior of gutters excluded from the
quote
INTERIOR WINDOW WASHING
INTERIOR WINDOW WASHING - Per Window Pane
- Interior windows to be washed by hand with
scrubber and squeegee.
- Removal and re-installation of window screens
where needed.
- Interior window tracks are to be cleaned.
*Number of windows to be verified by technician
on site.
*Unless otherwise noted, skylights, glass railings,
and window screens are not included in this
service.
*Sticker removal is not included in the quote.
*Paint overspray, etch marks, and hard water

POWER WASHING - Flat Surface Cleaning
POWER WASHING - Flat Surface Cleaning
Power washing of the following areas to be done:

*Power washing of concrete surfaces to be done
with our flat surface cleaner or with turbo nozzle.
*Rinse off any areas that were dirtied from the
power washing process.
*Ensure debris from the grounds is cleaned up
after the power washing.
*Cost of fuel is included in this quote.
*Homeowner to move all belongings prior to the
arrival of the crew. Crew will be able to help move
larger items by request, It is to be done at $20.00
for each 15 minute interval.
*Permanent stains will not be removed.
