I am a qualified, experienced and registered secondary school teacher. I graduated from Melbourne University in 1994, and have been educating children for nearly 30 years. While I am qualified up to year 12, my specialty is primary school students up until the end of year 8. My experience in solidifying the basic foundations of mathematics, along with my calm and patient nature, enable me to not only bring out the most in my students, but also increase their confidence. This is a huge step towards changing their listening in class, not only in mathematics, but across the board. As a result of this change, my students start to see themselves as achievers, rather than failures. This perception then starts filtering through into their results. Not only do their results improve, but it is also character building, which educates them and prepares them for all of life’s challenges. Their mistakes become opportunities to learn, grow and excel. I look forward to working with your child, and making a difference in their life. I look forward to them excelling not only in mathematics, but also across the board.
