About

I have a social work degree from the University of NSW, and I maintain membership of the AASW.

I have experience over many years in assisting both individuals and families to understand their own dynamic, and to make changes that make life easier and more rewarding for them.

Through supporting many people therapeutically, I have come to understand the impact of mental health issues, addiction (particularly in relation to alcohol), and trauma, and have gained helpful knowledge and skills as I have assisted them to resolve various issues.

I have also specialised in recent years in working with children with problem behaviours - an experience that I found to be very rewarding.
