I don’t usually write reviews but counselling sessions with Dina have been a game changer for me and so I hope others will also take the step to get the help and support they need.
I reached out to Dina for support when I was going through a complex long-standing issue, and was so encouraged by her intelligent, compassionate, thoughtful counsel, and I so appreciated her memory for detail. She helped me process and navigate some painful circumstances, and assisted in setting goals and healthy expectations. I had previously seen a psychologist and a different counsellor, but what I really needed was someone who cared and listened from the heart and was able to journey with me without judgement. I now have the tools and emotional bandwidth to approach circumstances, relationships and challenges in a much healthier way. Love forward changed my life. Dina is an incredible counsellor and woman of faith. Her years of wisdom and experience helped me navigate a really tricky post partum season and the depth of my marriage. I also did Sozo with Dina within our counselling season together that just brought endless freedom and clarity in a situation that had lingered for a lifetime.
