What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love watching my clients transform and find within themselves the power and courage to create the life they want.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been in the health and well-being industries for over 35 years and had a business on many occasions. This is who I am...to be of service and assistance to people wanting to grow, heal and live with purpose and passion.

Not only do I have the qualifications in many modalities in Coaching health and well-being, I also have a tremendous amount of life experience and have navigated many life changing events with the tools I now offer. My life is this work. I do the do everyday. I emmerse myself fully into self development. And because of that I have included additional personal development workshops, audios and exercises. These will support you while increasing your awareness and growth on your coaching journey.

Yes my services and programs are online via Zoom. In 2021 we will be launching some fabulous programs and workshops. These will also support and enhance our personal coaching services.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My business was face to face for along time,now I have moved it online and find it to be amazing.
