What do you love most about your job?
I love to see the transformation people make within their lives just by making some small changes with what they do and how they think.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been coached many times before and I realised how much I love it. I naturally coach people and I wanted to start coaching on a more permanent basis.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Coaching via zoom, this then avoids any contact with people and therefore keeps people safe. It is done in the privacy of your own home.
