I did a private hypnobirthing course with Belle before the arrival of my first baby. The course was great and was tailored to what my husband and I wanted to get out of it. It all came in really useful when I had to be induced early, which was not in my plan, and when hubby was not allowed into the hospital for the birth because of COVID restrictions. I felt that I went into the birth informed and calm and was able to stay calm throughout. My obstetrician even kept commenting 'i keep forgetting you didn't have an epidural, because you're so calm!"
