I have a military background, upon leaving the Defence Force I started personal training face to face clients in a gym in Canberra. From there I started training adults and running after school and school holiday programs for Ninja Warrior and Obstacle Course training.

I create plans based on my clients availability and tailor make a sustainable and achievable workout routine to get them the results they are looking for.

Hard work. Unfortunately there is no short cut that will create the success you are looking for. There needs to be a balance between a healthy and sustainable eating regime, effective workout program and just as importantly control over your mental health.
Each of these things lead to the body of your dreams. No workout program will give you abs, they are and will always be made in the kitchen.
If you do not seek to change your workout routine you will plateau and stop seeing results.
Cardio will NOT get you lean muscle gains.
Please stop being afraid of lifting weights, more muscle = more energy expenditure during rest
If you are a highly stressed person this can hinder your results somewhat, there needs to be a balance and your health and fitness although is hard work, should still be enjoyable.

Seeing my clients progress and them come to the realisation that they have come so far since we started without even needing a significant amount of change to their lifestyle.

After taking care of my own post op rehabilitation I felt I could do more to help others that are left in the dark and unsure about what is to come. I aimed to be someone that empowers people to take control of their health and fitness journey and I always provide reasoning and knowledge during our training sessions.

My clients choose me because I care about their health and the journey they are on. They choose me because if I see that the plan we have set for you isn't working I make changes so it does. If I see that your availability has changed, I aim to work within that. If I see you are not doing the workouts we have set then instead of quietly sitting in a corner taking your money for nothing I reach out to see what is happening.

I offer face to face training sessions privately out of my home gym

I offer a range of online training / coaching programs that I guide you through to track your progress with regular check ins.

ALL equipment is cleaned after use and between clients, my one on one clients do not pass by each other like you would at a commercial gym. Due to the private nature of my facility it is very easy to stay on top of the cleanliness a to ensure safe hygiene for both myself and my clients. Should you forget your gym towel, I have clean spare ones on hand.

Services

I offer 30min, 45min and 60min Face to Face Personal Training Sessions in my Private home gym.
No need to feel like all eyes are on you at the gym as you will be the only one there unless participating in one of my classes.
Affordable pricing for personalised guidance on your health and fitness.

I offer a multitude of online programs to work for you, starting from as little as $9.95 per week.
All programs are made personally by me, not only that but I have personally done EVERY one of these programs so I know how they feel.
All interactions via my website AND app are all by me personally.
