Hey, I'm Lily!
I am a qualified Personal Trainer and Health and Fitness Coach who specialises in helping females become the healthiest versions of themselves - both inside and out, without restriction. I take a holistic health and wellness approach of focusing on not only the foundations of exercise and nutrition but other aspects such as stress, mindset, women's hormones plus more!

Personal Trainers

Lily has a very personal approach and helps everyone with what they need. She is not a 1 plan fits all kind of trainer and is very self-specific. Absolutely amazing

I take my clients through a comprehensive onboarding questionare where I look at their current habits, stress, lifestyle, nutrition, goals they would like to achieve working together etc.
From there I set out a customised training program and nutrition (if they wish to work on this area too).
My clients can message me at any time to ask any questions. For those that I work online with I get them to answer a check in weekly to make sure they are on track or need help with anything in terms of reaching their goals whether that is to do with fitness, nutrition and mindset.

There is not one secret. There are so many factors that a lot of people forget about that plays a role in getting the body of your dreams. Sleep and stress are two big ones as they have an impact on your hormones. My other tip is staying compliant with nutrition as it essentially determines whether you lose, maintain or gain weight. In order to get the body of your dreams it is important to find a way that is maintainable and suits your lifestyle.

It is amazing to see the physical transformation but what I really love is forming quality connections with my clients and to see all the women I work with achieve all the small wins such as forming healthy habits, learning to create a healthy relationship with food with out restricting things they love, the ability to feel confident in their own skin plus so many more I could add!

I have worked for other companies before but I saw a lot of key things missing in their approach to creating a healthy lifestyle that is maintainable too. I also specialise in womens health through extra study I have done and so wanted to have the ability to put a sole focus on that too.
