Hi, I'm here for you. To listen and support you through whatever challenging time you're going through right now or something you've been carrying for a long time and have decided it's time to share the load.
When challenging times affect our quality of life physically, emotionally or even financially it can be helpful to reach out. I believe we all have our own strengths, abilities & wisdom to come up with ways of dealing with most things life throws at us. With active listening, support, gentle guidance and without judgement I aim to help find your strengths and abilities to work towards overcoming the challenges you're facing.
I have a Diploma in Professional Counselling (AIPC) & have been practising on a casual basis for the last 8 years. Apart from that I have life experience with many challenges that has strengthened my natural empathy and insight.
