I have a Masters in Positive Psychology and have been Life Coaching for 10 years.

After struggling with my son's sensitivity, I quickly learned the tools I needed to help my son settle his big emotions. He went from having violent and aggressive outbursts when he was angry, disappointed or hurt to normal and appropriate responses to his difficult emotions.
