I utilize Reality Therapy to assist clients. I have worked within government health and have a wealth of experience within mental health and drug and alcohol.

What do you love most about your job?
I love watching my client's becoming their authentic self once they gain the road map to living their best life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Since the moment I started studying in this field, it was always my intention to own my own counselling practice. I feel working in my own business allows me the freedom to really work with what the client needs rather than what the system needs.
Why should our clients choose you?
I believe I work authentically and am genuinely interested in assisting each one of my clients to live "their best life" by getting to the core of what's really going on in their perceived world.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I can provide Telehealth services, however I do prefer face to face as I use a lot of visual aids during counselling sessions.
