For the longest time I’ve always known my strongest skills were revolved around people, communication and guidance. With my history and experience in coaching basketball for 8 years, along with being a single parent at the age of 19, I‘ve learnt to enhance, grow and adapt my life skills and deepen my love for leading, guiding and ultmaitely coaching people to achieve things they never thought possible.

Accountability Coaching

Mindset Coaching
It’s fair to say we all have an internal voice, some call it our conscious, some call it guidance. However sometimes this voice, this self talk, can be the one thing holding us back from achieving that next goal or removing that road block.
This self talk has a direct relation to our mindset, which means we can change and alter this to serve us. Working with a Mindset coach gives you the running straight to creating a healthy relationship with your internal self and mind.
