So I’ve been training with Kate since I was 14 years old at Goodlife in geelong I’m now 21! I started with Kate for my racing I race motorbikes and she helped me get a lot stronger for that! Mentally and physically, Kate is someone who cares about her clients she loves a good chat to see how you are going and also gives you some great advice! One stage i went downhill and put a fair bit of weight on! But then got stuck into one of Kates challenges and lost all that weight! I learned a lot from Kate with tracking foods and eating well, about fasting, and boy does she work you hard in the gym! I’ve hit a lot of goals with Kate With also doing both acls she helped strengthen my knees and come back to sports better then ever! I wouldn’t be where I am with out her. More...

I’ve known Kate about four years now. We used to train CrossFit together and I always admired her strength and determination. After going to the gym for about 10 years, doing CrossFit and other fads, I turned to Kate to mix things up in the gym. I’ve had a few personal trainers over the years. Kate stands out for a lot of reasons. She is always contactable and happy to help with any questions about food, workout techniques and tips. If she is ever around at the gym, she will take time out of her own schedule to chat and assist in the same way. Her workouts are tailored to my needs, always pushing my limits and using my strengths. I cannot fault her training and I would highly recommend Kate to people of all fitness levels and journeys. I started having PT sessions with Kate at the start of this year and I can not recommend her enough! The gym can be a daunting place for newbies and she has helped me become so confident in myself by sharing her knowledge about not just working out but nutrition and fueling your body aswell. Myself and my friend go to the gym regularly but we thought it would great to get another point of view and to give us another perspective on how we train. I have been seeing kate for the last couple of years and I can not highly recommend Kate Collins enough! Kate has helped me with several things including getting my eating back under control I now have a positive mindset and a healthy relationship with food . Her extensive knowledge in the gym has helped me with rehabilitation and strength and conditioning with injury recover. As I am time poor the best part is her online coaching that I can access from anywhere. If you are looking for some one that is super knowledgeable and makes you fell comfortable Kate’s your girl.
