My aim is to improve the lives of my clients through guidance and non judgemental support. I teach my clients that we all have the capacity within us to grow, reach our potential and find what makes us happiest. Therapy can be a life changing experience. We sometimes just need to learn better coping strategies.

What do you love most about your job?
I am always excited to be able to help people. To know that I am able to change people's perspectives about themselves and the world they live in, is an incredible gift.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked in a range of sectors. I have now found exactly what I am meant to be doing. Now, with my own business, I'm changing people's lives, feeling good about myself and I have the added bonus of flexible hours.

I am a genuine and warm person. My clients find me easy to talk to and very accepting of all they have to share. I love my work and it shines through.
