I have been working with Karl in a number of ways, for a few years now, and the person who I am now vs. Who I was back then, are very different people and Karl has played an integral role in that development.

Whether that's my leadership skills, and those leadership skills start with myself first and then flows on to others, or it's my productivity and how I conduct myself in my day to day, professional and personal life.
