Amazing flavour and very moist cake. We had a wonderful wedding cake made by Karen and it was perfect. Could not fault one thing and all our guest really enjoyed the cake also. Karen was an absolute delight to deal with in every single way. She was so helpful with suggestions and recommendations. We sent her through a picture of what we had in mind and she did a wonderful job of creating this in her own way. There were some items that she was not able to source (without excessive cost or trouble), but she communicated this and we easily worked on a compromise. Messages were always responded to promptly and professionally. When it came to the big day our cake looked and tasted amazing! I was recommended to Karen via a FB weddings group for our wedding cake and cupcakes. Karen was super quick to respond to all of my enquiries and I was able to send photos of what I wanted for our cake. Karen was professional and efficient and was able to create exactly what I had envisioned for our day. Our cakes looked amazing! Tied in with our theme and we got lots of compliments from our guests. The cakes themselves were SO fresh and tasty, plenty of flavour and not too sweet. Over and beyond pleased with the cake Karen made for our baby girl's 6 month milestone. The cake was moist and not dry at all. .. buttercream icing was delicious!
