Q&As

All clients need to complete a pre-screening questionnaire. From this, I write a personalised training program for my clients to follow. Some clients follow an online program which changes each week and is specific to their short and long term goals. Face to face training changes each session but is also tailored to specific goals. All clients complete food diaries to track their eating habits.

Hard work and accepting that change takes time and effort. If you aren't willing to change your training and eating, then you can't expect to see results. It takes 21 days to change a habit and 90 days to change your lifestyle...stick with it, it's so worth it in the end.

I love being able to help people achieve things they could do previously. We celebrate every success, whether it's being able to tie a shoe easier or squat 100kg. Every achievement matters and means something different to every client. Having a job that is also my passion is the best feeling ever!

I have been a gym lover since I was 6 years old, with a love of competitive aerobics and weights when I was in high school. Gotta love the 90s! I now compete in obstacle racing and physique competitions and used to run marathons. I love the smell, the feeling you get when you push yourself, the people you meet and the endorphins that pump through your body after a hard session...I love it all! I wanted to start my own business and share those feelings with people who haven't challenged themselves since they were younger or have never exercised before.
