About

At the heart of my counselling service is person-centred. I believe that my clients have the desire and the capacity to grow towards fulfilling their true potential, and that they are the experts on their own lives.

My theraputic approach includes evidence-based style theories such as CBT, ACT, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy.

Q&As

I love witnessing someone move from feeling a bit stuck or down, to feeling more confident, satisfied, and happier. Watching someone transform before my eyes and being a part of that journey brings me so much joy :)

In other businesses I became frustrated people were treated as a number in a row. I became my own boss so I can provide more time and mental space for the people who see me. Starting my own business allowed me to have the flexibility to dedicate time to my family commitments and to providing a person-centred service.

Should you choose me to become your counsellor you can do this knowing that you will be at the centre of my care - your pain, needs, and wants will be my sole focus in our appointments. As you are the centre of the counselling sessions, you will feel cared for and will know you are not alone in your journey.

I provide services in-person in Port Lincoln, South Australia and I provide online counselling using encrypted telehealth software. Prior to your appointment you will be sent a link with access to your unique Telehealth video call. One you click on the link it will open a video call similar to a FaceTime on your smart phone, tablet or computer.

Telehealth calls are very covid-19 safe as you do not have to leave your home. If you decide to have an appointment in the office, cleaning practices are in place.

Seeking support is brave! Everyone needs a little support sometimes.
