Firstly I create a positive environment where clients look forward to coming to train. Then I take great care to plan every session so it’s effective. I rely on my experience of 5 years in the fitness industry and many more in sports coaching to know when to push clients hard and when they need care and support.

Routine, consistency and hard work are the keys. Support to help you when the going gets tough and you feel like giving up is important.

Seeing people enjoy their session, feel part of a group, make new friends and achieve results.

Services

I run fitness sessions Monday to Saturday at an Oval in Mt Eliza. Session Times are 6am, 9.30am plus various evening times. Great variety of workouts - Hi Intensity, Strength, Boxing and Core.

I offer private sessions, one on one or small groups.
I can come to you or we can train at my base, an oval in Mt Eliza.
I have all the equipment required for the work out.
