Yes, I will use my own commercial tools and chemical, because I need proper equipment to help to do my work effectively.

Cleaning
General cleaning: $55/ per hour incl GST
1. Dust
2. All rooms vacuum and hard floors mop
3. Kitchen area surface wipe clean
4. Bathroom, shower and toilet surface clean and sanitise
*** Please be aware that for 1st time of regular cleaning or once-off cleaning, the average time consuming could be 3 - 5 hours, depending on the size of property and difficulty of tasks. ***

Vacate cleaning: $66/ per hour incl GST
1. Kitchen (oven, range hood, cooktop, bench, sink, splash back, cupboards, drawers, pantry interior and exterior, dishwasher)
2. Laundry
3. Bathroom, shower and toilet fully clean
4. Garage dust, cobweb remove
5. Windows interior and exterior includes frames
6. Carpet steam cleaning
7. Wardrobes, skirting boards, doors, power switches, vents
8. Walls dust, cobwebs remove inside and outside
9. All floors vacuum and hard floors mop
***Please be aware that vacate cleaning is detailed job if the condition of property is not that bad, the average time consuming for vacate service is between 10 - 12 hours. ***
