What do you love most about your job?
I love creating stories. I love the way a single word can impact a piece of content and I love using storytelling to build meaningful and on-brand digital marketing strategy.
What's more, I am fascinated by the constant changes to marketing and how it has progressed each year and I love sharing this knowledge with sole traders and small businesses. What makes me even happier is when I can teach clients the secrets to digital marketing, and watch them feel empowered enough to create and explore it on their own.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Like many others I started my career in an agency. And then moved to another agency. And another. I enjoyed working with great clients that were passionate about what they did, and I enjoyed teaching and leading a team of writers on my own. But agencies cared more about output over quality, and I soon got tired of so many small businesses being taken advantage of by these companies.
Working for myself has given me the chance to produce great quality content that I am proud of, and has also allowed me the freedom to teach and educate others, remove the smoke and mirrors of digital and build great relationships with professionals across many industries!
