Hi May, Not sure why you've left a negative review when you responded to my call quite negatively telling me to delete your number and leave you alone when I introduced myself. All I said in response is that I'd appreciate if you took your request down from Bark so other tutors wouldn't end up spending their time contacting a client that no longer wants the service. I also haven't provided your child with any tutoring services so it's a little baffling that you would go out of your way to leave me a poor review when I've done nothing wrong except try to offer help.

I love her consistency. She is amazing and my kids enjoy having lessons with her. I can easily contact her with anything and she always get back to me. Having a tutor like her beside me it's a big relief. More...

Jessica has a great way of explaining often dry concepts to my son who has Adhd. She is patient, yet firm enough to keep the lesson on track and Leo is disciplined and focused. I'd nominate her every month if I had the time to fill this in. Recently she has been very accommodating when we've needed to reschedule lesson times. I honestly didn't think online tutoring would work with Leo, but we have been very impressed with the way Jessica has implemented his learning and most importantly of all, no complaints from the boy about taking time out of his busy social life to do tutoring :) More...

Jess is an amazing tutor. She's friendly, and engaging, and makes the sessions enjoyable. She is helping my daughter to build her confidence, clearly identifying areas to work on and doing targeted sessions to address these. I really appreciate how she organises the sessions and communicates their progress -- I really feel like my daughter is practising existing skills while being exposed to new content as well, and have a lot of confidence in Jess designing a program that is personalised to what we need.
