Jeannette is obviously a highly skilled individual. Our first meeting via phone, I was & I am embarrassed to say hysterical and traumatised and very stressed by the work, physical, financial and social situations I found myself in. I had forgotten I had an appointment that first day due to how much was going on physically especially - Jeanette didn't miss a beat & provided me with solid support, advice, a plan and tools that suited me & my complex situation. Three months later I am not healed but am in a much better emotional position to deal with my physical, financial, work & social challenges. I remember the first time I spoke with Jeannette, It was my first time with online counselling, and I felt oddly comfortable and safe. I needed a safe space of calmness, patience, and understanding. Jeannette is an awesome counsellor, who was very caring and empathetic. We got to talk about more casual stuff too, and that helped me calm down a lot. With her strategies I was able to find and assert myself in a rational way without feeling anxious.
At my last session we did a meditation together and afterwards it was the most relaxed and anxiety free I had ever felt in 5 years. 6-9 months later Jeannette got in touch with me about a new meditation course she had put together to help people with Anxiety and Depression and I couldn’t wait to get started. Witnessing people settle their anxieties, re-connect to their essence and return to loving themselves, others and life. I love supporting people to change.

At the time I started my business I was a single mum and it suited me to work my own hours. I loved being able to balance all aspects of life, in my own timing and rhythm - and I still do.

I am easy to talk to and non-judgemental. Most of clients remark, with surprise, that they "have not told anyone that before ..." and that years of previous therapy with medication has not been able to help them in the way I do. That I offer something fresh, real and it seems to works.

I offer sessions via phone, Zoom or Skype for people living remotely, live busy lives, are unable to leave home due to illness or injury, and those wanting to maintain anonymity.

Life & Wellness Coaching is available as singular sessions but is most beneficial when engaged in as a program of 3 – 10 sessions.

Counselling helps you to recognise, heal and liberate yourself from your past and present hurts, from unwanted behaviour patterns and coping mechanisms. It supports you to accept and/or change your current circumstances – so you are free to be You and live from the wisdom in your inner-heart, body and Soul.

I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space, a unique approach, and personalised keys to support you through your personal, mood, work, life and relationship challenges. To reclaim your power and embrace new ways of being, living and relating.

Our relationships should enrich our lives, and those of others - but all too often they are the source of our deepest hurts, conflicts and anxiety.

Two of the underpinning understandings about relationships are that the quality of your relationships with other and life, is a reflection of the quality of the relationship you have with yourself, and that it takes two to tango!

Relationship counselling helps each person to understand and change their internal patterns, behaviours and processes within the relationship so as to build more harmony, intimacy, transparency, love and joy to the relationship.

Relationship Counselling sessions are offered to individuals and couples, or a mix of both as needed.

Walk & Talk sessions are very similar to traditional counselling and coaching sessions except you are walking while you are talking about your challenges, goals or plans.

Many clients have advised feeling more relaxed about talking, and able to access deeper realisations in the great outdoors as well as whilst walking side by side as opposed to face to face.

They find walking helps them re-establish connection between their mind and body. They feel it brings depth and space to their sessions, helping them get 'unstuck' faster – as they literally move the old stuff out of their bodies and breathe in fresh perspectives along with the fresh air.

​Walk & Talk sessions can be conducted in person or by phone:

In person – at beautiful Balmoral Beach, Cremorne Point or Centennial Park.
By phone – anywhere – Some of my clients walk around their garden, or the block, or even their house, and this works just as well.

Walk & Talk sessions are supportive for all ages and can be modified to accommodate various states of mobility. The aim is to get our mind and body moving for some, if not all, of the session but we will always work at your pace, both physically and emotionally – we can take an easy walk, including sitting and talking along the way, or a longer, more challenging walk if preferred.
