How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
You will be amazed how eating healthy can do so much to not just your physical health, but mental wellbeing too. It's not simply about eating healthy ingredients, it's also about enjoying it and how it makes you feel, and I can show you how you can achieve all of that.

Absolutely, all nutrition coaching sessions will be conducted through Zoom. If you prefer in-person consultations, that can be arranged as well.
For personal training, in-person and remote training is possible.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Adhering to all safe distancing measure implemented and sanitising after use of all equipment used. I will also be wearing a face mask if we are training in-person.
Nutrition Consult
In this 50-minute session, we will go through your medical history in detail in addition to your personal goals, for me to create informed strategies. From there, I will provide any necessary resources and education. We can then decide how often we meet. Sessions will take place virtually.
Pilates
Depending on location, I can provide in-person sessions or online. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned in your practice, I can take you through a repertoire that suits your goals and schedule.
