A great website is both aesthetic, and useful. A user of the website should be able to find the information they need effortlessly and should leave with a strong positive impression of the brand.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
When starting a new project, we will typically ask you about your business goals - and then we'll learn more about your immediate objectives and brand style. We'll then work out how we can best support the growth of your business through our services
What do you love most about your job?
I get to look at many different businesses each day. When I was a kid I used to love the book series "Amazing Cross Sections", and my job gives me the opportunity to look at "cross sections" of how a business operates every day, and enables me to add value to their existing systems
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a third generation technologist, having my own business enables me to deploy my skills effectively and to provide the opportunity for my high-performing technologist peers to achieve recognition for their work (Grandpa = Electrical Engineer; Dad = IT Communications Specialist; me = Software Developer)

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have a Covid-safe office, with hand sanitiser, regular cleaning, awarness posters, and we run a mandatory yearly flu jab program (which is being extended to include the Covid vaccine). Ill staff members are advised to work from home, and our work from home policies and procedures are well-established, secure, and effective
Website development
