Todays request was huge and in the afternoon too so understand how much extra work you have put in to ensure flowers were delivered before you close for the day. I hired Jade to do my arbour flowers, arbour, bridal table and centrepieces which were floral table runners. Her work was absolutely beautiful ! Everyone commented on how beautiful the flowers were. Jade was also so understanding and accommodating with several changes in dates and tables. Thank you for your beautiful work! Jade and her entire team were absolutely phenomenal, not only with their communication (as we were based overseas at the time of planning our wedding) but also when it came to the day. We only gave her flower styles and our likes/dislikes over a few emails and phone conversations and the team truly worked their magic. The flowers were sublime, the team were so punctual dropping in all the bridal flowers (so nothing to stress about on the day) and the styling of the venue and cake were perfection. Nothing was too difficult and everything was done with such professionalism and kindness it was such a pleasure working with them. I LOVED my wedding flowers from Jade McIntosh Flowers! Very highly recommended! Jade did the most beautiful work on my flowers. She perfectly encapsulated everything I asked for and exceeded my exceptions. I had a very clear vision for my bouquet that was nevertheless difficult to put into words - but Jade knew everything I meant and the flowers were perfect. The colours and whole look was gorgeous. They looked like a dream and even smelled so lovely. I chose Jade McIntosh Flowers in the first place because, unlike many other wedding florists, they have a pricing guide on their website so they are upfront and transparent about costs from the get go. I knew from a quick glance at the website that they were in my budget. I was able to have my initial consultation at one of their open days, which was a very cool atmosphere and a great way to meet. Communicating was so easy. Ewa and the team are so quick on emails. All my requests were kept in one place on their system so I had total comfort knowing that I was in safe hands. It was so easy scheduling phone calls too. I loved being able to hire some wedding decor from Jade and not needing to go elsewhere. They have a great range and supplied me a few key pieces. On our wedding day, Jade and delivered our flowers to us and set up the floral decorations wonderfully, including our cake flowers. Everything looked perfect.
