I had JAA Vision come out and install a security system at my new house. They came out initially and did a walk around to assess the best place for the cameras, and were really easy to communicate with. During the install i mentioned how we were going to get our TV's wall mounted, and they did that on the spot for us as well!. Gave them a call a few weeks later to discuss an issue and they were out the next day to diagnose and fix the issue. Great guys, highly recommend. More...

Complications arouse with our last cctv system . After contacting a few companies to help rectify the situation , it would appear nothing could be done. A company named BARK kept appearing so this is what i looked at and within amatter of an hour made contact with JAA Vision and by them given a prognosis, shortly after the company sent a rep to my address and verified what had been explained earlier JAA Vision booked a date and time to suit . What do you love most about your job?
Giving clients solutions to technological problems they are experiencing, weather it is a simple or complicated one. The simple ones are the the best because the customer is in awe at what fixed the issue and how quickly it was accomplished.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To provide quality workmanship and installs done ethically and legally. Too often when I have worked for a company, they take shortcuts and end up having a messy install that has been covered up, that has never sat well with me.
Why should our clients choose you?
We strive to give the client all the information they need to make the best choice that suits their needs, everything is transparent about the product and the costs involved. It is not about trying to sell the most expensive equipment, we have a broad knowledge and experience with multiple brands and products, giving us the ability to suggest the best product, for the clients budget, that will work the best in their circumstance.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Masks are mandatory with us on work sites, Keeping our social distancing when around other people.
Our line of work is generally not around people too often after the work has commenced.
