What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the transformation as someone comes back home to their body is deeply moving. When they realise the power to heal lies predominantly within themselves my heart lifts.
My biggest area of specialty is in the area of Polarity (reigniting the chemistry) for couples who love each other but have lost some of their spark.. seeing their love, connection and trust be restored is what I do this work for.
I believe we all deserve healthy loving relationships but have rarely been taught how to achieve them; helping people have this is my deepest passion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am an avid learner and student of life - so the more personal inner work I did, the more I wanted to share it with others!
Why should our clients choose you?
After 13 yrs in private practice as a Clin Hypnotherapist I am very adept at problem solving issues and bring an integrated approach to change by offering a combination of therapy, Embodiment and simple take home practices.
I live what I teach - this means I practice everything first before bringing it to my clients. I do my best to be as authentic in this life as I truly can.

We think we want more sex – and yes mind blowing sex is delicious, enjoyable and worth every drop of sweat it produces – but in truth what we actually crave in the deepest parts of our soul is emotional connection ie – intimacy.

Embodiment Coaching (for Women)
Embodiment can mean different things to different people, yet to me its simply distilled down to;
Feeling what’s there to be felt in the body.
The body offers us a wonderous doorway into everything we have ever experienced in this life. This includes our memories of pain and pleasure, ecstasy and torment, bliss and trauma.
The body holds the key to faster, deeper lasting healing as it bypasses the stories of the mind which so often keep us stuck in re-creating the same reality or set of challenges again and again.
