How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
You are what you eat, enough said! It is so important, a good diet will make or break you.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Through a wide range of methods as we deal with a wide demographic of people. But we apply the same principles to all, coupled with strong relationships and support to tie it altogether.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Living the life of the person with the body of your dreams (nailing healthy eating fundamentals, being regularly active, resting plenty, and enjoying the process is really important).
What do you love most about your job?
Helping others make positive changes to their lives. The changes we see are both internal and external, it’s really pleasing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’m not really sure, it’s just something that I have always dreamt of. I guess I am very independent, and I also see having my own business a better vehicle for impacting the lives of others.

Yes we work mainly online these days, both for full 1:1 online coaching and nutrition coaching. Although we do still have limited availability for personal training and consultations!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
(In our studio) we have the C-19 safety signage, hand sanitiser, face masks (if required), and a covid marshall present at all times.
