Dr Trevor Soole is an exceptionally well-trained and experienced clinical psychologist with over 25 years’ professional experience. He is both a Member of the Australian Psychological Society and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (as well as a number of other professional organisations). Trevor has worked extensively in private practice (as well as in the public sector) and specialises in counselling a diverse range of clients, including individuals and couples.
Trevor is empathic, impactful and highly professional ensuring each client the best support and care. He provides a safe and nurturing environment where clients feel at ease discussing their concerns. Trevor shares valuable, life-changing skills with his clients and works from a strengths-based approach. Clients are shown how to use their own inner resources to free themselves from past hurts and fears and release present-day anxieties. Trevor is deeply committed to helping his clients achieve optimal wellbeing (in all areas of life).
Trevor tailors counselling to meet the unique needs and circumstances of both individuals and couples. He draws on a number of highly effective evidence-based therapies in his practice, including: Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Clinical Hypnosis. Trevor is dedicated to assisting his clients transform their lives from a state of confusion and despair into an experience of freedom, inner peace, and positive living.
