I completely believe on the honesty, truth , sincerity and empathetic with my clients . Active non-judgemental listening with the passion of helping people, supporting them to live their lives with the acceptance of their challenges and grow out of it. I know it is bit hard and, sometimes , it is much more harder hence I believe if we show compassion to ourselves and look into our own internal resources , work with them in align to our outer resources then success will be there waiting for us. However, we need to see how we define the words as well, our language, self talk leaves a heaps impact upon our behaviour, attitude, mind e.g. success is not to achieve what we want or desire , for me it is a very subjective term, even one who stands, face, understand his/her situation is taking a big step and this is his her success.
I love working with trauma, grief, loss, domestic violence, to better relationships, I my self have living experience of how to grow out of tribulations and trials. I believe on optimism then moves the nature in the same positive direction and nurture the soul and mind.
