What do you love most about your job?
I love hearing people's stories and standing along side them while they begin their healing journey. Life can be so challenging and it makes me really happy to see people reaching out for support so they can live a more regulated and empowered life.

I offer a holistic counselling service for your mind, body and soul. I ensure that all my clients first and foremost feel comfortable and safe. It is important to me that each sessions is based on what the client wants to focus on.

Yes I offer zoom sessions for online clients and if you prefer I can offer over the phone sessions if this is more comfortable.
