What do you love most about your job?
The potency and potential in using mind-body methods, and the discovery that long term change is often most successful when it's done gently and intelligently, rather than through motivation and white-knuckle discipline that is so regularly thought of.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I saw and experienced the power of working with the mind-body. This naturally evolved intro developing my skills, and then once I had the skills, starting a practice.
