My experience with Holloway was a total disaster. I hired them for a simple move to a two-bedroom apartment, but it turned into a nightmare.
They only sent two young guys to handle everything. It was obvious they were in over their heads from the start. It took them a ridiculous EIGHT hours to almost finish the job, and they still left some stuff behind.
To make matters worse, they managed to break my TV screen while moving it.
I'm extremely disappointed. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Holloway at all costs.

I used Holloway because they were recommended to me by a friend whose opinion I trusted and I wasn’t disappointed. Jake delivered on all of our pre move needs and the team of Fernando and Joao P were outstanding with the move, both on collection in Sydney on Sunday and yesterday on delivery up the Coast. I genuinely can’t rave enough about them. Super professional, efficient and really friendly. Nothing seemed to phase them. There were 3 items that wouldn’t fit on the truck and the company have simply organised separately for these to be collected and delivered, with Fernando even following up again himself to ensure I was kept aware that this had been done. They made a very stressful and unpleasant job as easy to go through as it could be. I will have no hesitation in getting them back again for my next move. More...

Turned up 4 hours late, after I couldn’t contact them and booked an urgent replacement for the next day. Truck was too small, nothing was wrapped as is supposed to be their service. Over half belongings left behind and unpacked my children’s mattresses at 1am in the morning. Then took money from my card without contacting me and took too much. When our original movers left us with a half done job in November, Holloways came to our rescue at the last minute. Since then we have moved twice again and been impressed each time at their customer service, care for our goods, good humour and patience. They put everything exactly where I wanted. For a stressful move from Sydney to the Central Coast. Holloway was recommended to us by a work colleague. Pedro and Leo arrived and absolutely blitzed the move. They fit our entire house into the truck, professionally packed and transported. They were incredibly competent in what they were doing as well as personable and respectable. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY STEAL YOUR GOODS. Following the death of my mother I moved her goods into storage with Holloway. While still charging me they decided to sell everything I was storing with them, and then had the nerve to continue charging me for another 18 months before I found out what they had done.
